Blog Post 7 Shiffrin


Friday 10th:
5:00am- Raisin, Date & Nut Oatmeal; Natures Green Monster Fruit Juice; Glass of milk with carnation instant breakfast
7:40am- Tomato and cheese omelet; orange Juice; Everything bagel with butter and cream cheese; 3 clementine’s
12:00pm- PB & J; Muscle Milk; banana
5:00pm- Grilled chicken burger with tomato, lettuce, onions, Swiss cheese, pickles, ketchup; Curly fries, 15 Spicy buffalo wings, Glass of lemonade
8:00pm- 2 Medium domino’s pizza’s with peperoni and onion
11:00pm- 4 corn dogs, and a bowl of Oatmeal squares cereal

Saturday 11th:
5:00am- Kashi Waffles with %100 natural maple syrup; Breakfast Sandwich with egg bacon and cheese
9:45am- Scrabled eggs with onion and cheese and wheat toast
12:00pm- PB & J; Muscle Milk; banana; Snap candy
7:10pm- Dinning hall pizza with a salad, and lots of chocolate milk
10:30pm- 4 Hot pockets peperoni

Sunday 12th:
8:45am- 2 pancakes, 10 scrambled eggs, 2 glasses of milk, a glass of Orange Juice, and a glass of Nature’s Mixed Berry smoothie, Everything bagel, and a bowl of honey Greek yogurt with raspberries black berries, blueberries, and granola
1:00pm- Park burger with truffle fries, Chocolate Milk shake
9:00pm- Grilled Atlantic Salmon with sautéed asparagus, carrots and tomatoes; Pumpkin pie; Toll House chocolate chip cookies

  1. You like some good food! Nice choice going to Parkburger- I went there on Tuesday and it was delicious.

  2. It is pretty obvious that you try and eat as healthy as you can being an athlete and all. It seems like you make a lot of smart choices when it comes to food. Your Sunday Parkburger meal sounds great. I'm a big fan of the truffle fries there.
